I have swollen lymph nodes in my armpit...anyone have experience with this? - removing lymph nodes from armpit

The radiologist said my mammogram indicated no problem in my chest, but my ultrasound showed my lymph nodes swelled up to the point where he recommends a biopsy of them. This type of biopsy is essentially the removal of all lymph nodes. She said it was big enough, they will not wait to see if they shrink. Has anyone experience or advice on this kind of situation?
